With a keen passion for architecture, construction and building technologies, Sami Salameh is a holder of a master’s degree in architecture from the Lebanese university in 2006 and an executive master’s in building technologies and computational design from École des Ponts ParisTech in 2020.

As an architect, Sami’s design philosophy is minimalist and forward-thinking, combining simplicity with close attention to detail, without loosening up on the value of creating an architecture that is sustainable and has a positive contribution to the society by not abusing earth resources and contributing to reduce house gas emissions in the construction industry.

In each project, he undertakes an analytical design approach, producing architecture that is reflective of context, constraints and occupant’s specific needs.

At École des Ponts, Sami enriched his knowledge in the latest advancement in the field of architecture, the future of construction, the decarbonisation of the build environment and the application of the data revolution in the favour of construction, design and robotics.

Based in Paris since 2020, Sami has been working on project management and consultancy missions targeted towards commercial assets and high-end residential properties, enriching his expertise on the technical and financial aspect of the industry, and contributing in each project from its inception to the completion, assuring schedule, quality and budget is being respected.

Throughout his career, Sami has led the design and development of numerous architectural projects and architectural competitions in Lebanon, the Gulf countries, Europe and Africa.

He has expertise in residential architecture, private residences, hotels, office buildings and commercial developments. Some of his previous experiences include site supervision for Le Gray and the Four Seasons Hotel in Beirut, project management for Criteo headquarters office and innovation hub in Paris, real estate technical consultancy for Curve and Belles-Feuilles buildings in Paris, and wide range of architectural design project missions in France, Lebanon and West african countries.
